Features

Integration Type: Use Case Import

Pull AI use case records from Airtable into a centralized inventory built for governance. Only Airtable records in a designated table (e.g., “AI Use Cases”) or marked with a configurable field or tag (e.g., send_to_credoai = true) are automatically imported into Credo AI as AI Use Cases.

Governance Status

Like any Use Case created directly in Credo AI, all AI Use Cases created from Airtable records begin with Governance Status: “Intake.” Governance teams can advance Use Cases to “Governance” once the governance plan and required reviews are approved.

AI Use Case Lifecycle Stage

Want externally generated AI Use Cases to land in a specific lifecycle stage such as “Review” or “Design”? Credo AI’s Airtable integration allows teams to map Airtable fields or statuses to Credo AI lifecycle stages to align with your AI governance process.

Owner & Description

Owner & Description The Airtable record owner or designated collaborator becomes the AI Use Case Owner in Credo AI. The record’s description and selected fields are mapped directly to the AI Use Case description and metadata in Credo AI, ensuring continuity from documentation to governance.
