This out-of-the-box (OOTB) integration allows AI use cases created in ServiceNow and Credo AI to be automatically synced to enable ease with tracking, evaluation and governance in alignment with organizational policies and responsible AI practices.

Guided Setup

The Credo AI–ServiceNow integration is designed for out-of-the-box (OOTB) configuration with minimal engineering effort. Once the integration is installed from the ServiceNow Store, administrators are prompted to complete a guided setup to establish a secure and functional connection with Credo AI’s Integration Service.

Use Case Intake Form


The intake form embedded in ServiceNow enables business users to create new AI use cases directly from within the ServiceNow environment, eliminating the need to switch contexts or duplicate entries across systems.

Use Case Table


The Credo AI Use Case table  in ServiceNow is used to store records of AI use cases that originate in Credo AI or flow from ServiceNow to Credo AI via the use case intake form. Each record includes identifiers, metadata, custom fields, and questionnaire evidence response data in JSON format.
